WHO WE ARE
We have been married nearly 25 years with four adult children and two grandchildren. Two of our adult children are in business with us as is a sister. Between us, we have degrees in Information Systems technology, with an emphasis on Business Management, and Avionics Systems, a sub-field of electronics. We have extensive experience with computers, electronics, the internet and business management.

We are retired members of the U.S. Air Force. We each served honorably over twenty years in military service. In the U.S., we served at bases in Colorado, Alaska, Georgia, Arizona, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, and New Mexico. Overseas, we completed one tour with Spangdahlem AB, Germany, and a second tour with NATO, at Geilenkirchen, Germany. Between us we have also served temporarily in Italy, Greece, Holland, Belgium, England, France, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, & Kuwait. We are greatful for having had the opportunity to serve our nation.

OUR IDEA FOR THIS STORE
As military members, stationed all over the world, on-line shopping was often our solution when we wanted to purchase and send gifts to family and friends. However, on-line shopping too often meant a frustrating and time consuming experience of going from one site to another and one link to another, searching through endless product categories to find something we wanted to give. We often wished sites were set up to give by person rather than product. Thus, the idea was born for a one-stop gift-shopping source different from all the others, where a giver could focus on the person they were shopping for, find a gift their heart would delight in giving and one the recipient would delight in receiving. Gifts of the Heart is designed help you, the giver, focus on the recipient and give the gift your heart wants to give.

Our Shop
After settling in Henderson, Tennessee, we purchased the local trophy shop and renamed it Henderson Trophy & Gift Shop. Our primary products are trophys and plaques either laser or rotary engraved. We also have a fine selction of gifts that can be personalized by engraving. Only a few are shown on the web site. With our laser we can engrave wood, glass, acrylic, plastic, crystal, and specially coated metal. With the rotary we can engrave gift items, plastic, and metal. The Greatest Gift!
The Greatest Gift ever given is Free! That gift is eternal life through Jesus Christ, who is God in the form of a man. Jesus, being perfect, paid the price for the mistakes we make called sin. He died on the cross and paid for our sins in hell, that we might escape eternal judgement. But because He was divine, He left hell, as we could never do, and returned to life, and then to heaven. Jesus personnally said, "God loved the people of the world so much that He gave His only Son. Whoever believes in His Son will not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16) Scripture also says, "For the wages of sin is eternal death; but the gift of God, is eternal life through Jesus Christ." (Rom 6:23) That whoever will confess that Jesus is Lord, and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead, will be saved. Whoever calls upon the Lord Jesus for salvation will be saved." (Rom 10:9 & 13)

If you have not yet recieved this free and valuable gift, simply pray a simple prayer to Jesus. Tell Him that you believe that He died to pay for your sin and rose again. Ask Him to forgive you for the sin and mistakes you have made in your life. Ask Him to take you to heaven when you die. He promises to do all these things, with just that prayer.
