Do you guarantee your products or services?

Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you contact us for return authorization within 15 days of receipt of the item/s and you return the product/s in new/unused condition with the original packaging materials. Additionally, the companies we do business with charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise which we must pass on to you. Please email us for a return authorization number at returns@gifts-of-the-heart.com. Also, please keep in mind that original shipping costs and return shipping costs are your responsibility.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "paypal" if you have a paypal account or "money order" as a payment option. We will receive your order electronically and wait for your money order or paypal transfer. As soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order. Card Security Please keep in mind that your order will be processed much faster if you use a credit or debit card. Providing your credit card is Safe and Confidential. We don't even have access to the Credit/debit card number. It goes directly to a Wells Fargo Merchant processing center using an SSL session. During a Secure SSL session, data passed back and forth between your computer and our server is secured by using public key cryptography. Your computer exchanges key information with CKBProducts computers to create a private conversation that only your computer and the Merchant system can understand. All credit card transactions have added security because they are broken into two (2) parts, scrambled, then sent through 2 different secure databases.

What should I do if the item is damaged by the carrier?

Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier. We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.
